Here is a list of important dates to mark on your calendar, concerning the Youth Retreat:

-Nov 11: ZOOM Leadership Info/Prayer Meeting @ 9am

-Dec 10-17: Initial deposit of $50 per person due
-Jan 14-21: Second deposit of $50 per person due
-Jan 21: Group Shirt order turned in
-Feb 11: “Last Minute” additions/ corrections of shirt order due
-Feb 11-18: FINAL deposit of $60 per person due
-Feb 23-25: 2024 Youth Retreat begins promptly at 6pm w/ dinner

EVENT GROUP REGISTRATION

Please click the link & fill out the form so we can provide your group with the correct amount and sizes of shirts. Please remember ALL shirts will be in ADULT MEN’s Sizes.
SHIRT ORDER FORM

All participating churches MUST contact their church insurance company, to receive a “CERTIFICATE OF GENERAL LIABILITY”.
